Workshops

Two short sessions to get you genuinely oriented on AI.

Both workshops are 90 minutes: a 15-minute welcome and framing, the main session, and a 15-minute close.

Each workshop runs online and costs $199, with places limited to 10 — small enough to stay a safe space for learning, asking questions and connecting with other business owners.

Workshop one

AI: Getting Started

A straight, no-jargon introduction to what AI actually is and what it can do — with a live hands-on demo, not just slides.

Online90 minutes$19910 places

Who it's for.

Owners and team members who've heard AI mentioned constantly and haven't had a plain answer to "but what actually is it." No experience needed — if you've never opened a chat assistant before, this is built for you.

What it covers.

  • A welcome and a plain-language grounding in what AI is and isn't, and where it's actually used in a business.
  • A live demo — watching AI used on a real task, not a slide about one.
  • Time to ask the questions you'd usually keep to yourself.

What you'll leave with.

A working sense of what AI is, what it isn't, and one thing you could try yourself this week. Not a sales pitch — an actual grounding.

Takes you to the calendar to pick a date and pay.

Workshop two

AI for Business: How Can AI Help My Business?

A working session on where AI could genuinely help a business like yours — and just as importantly, where it wouldn't.

Online90 minutes$19910 places

Who it's for.

Owners and principals who've got the basics and are now asking a sharper question: not "what is this," but "is this worth my time, and where." Attending workshop one first isn't required, but it helps.

What it covers.

  • A plain framing of the different ways AI shows up in a business — a tool you use deliberately, a feature already sitting inside software you own, and something built to run in the background.
  • Working through where AI genuinely fits in a business like yours, and where it doesn't.
  • Open discussion — bring a real problem from your business and talk it through in the room.

What you'll leave with.

A clearer, honest read on where AI could help your business specifically — including permission to conclude "not yet" on parts of it.

Takes you to the calendar to pick a date and pay.

The course

The two workshops are a taste. The course is where it goes further.

It's built as a ladder — starting from plain foundations, and building step by step toward AI your team runs with confidence and automation that actually holds up, not something switched on once and left to quietly stop working. It isn't ready yet, and it's being built properly rather than rushed out early.
