Coaching
Practical AI coaching for your business
AI can save your business time, reduce repetitive work and help your team get more done — but only if people know how to use it properly.
This isn't a course or a series of generic AI lessons.
We work together on the real work happening inside your business. You'll learn where AI can genuinely help, how to use it effectively, and how to build practical AI skills that stick.
The goal is simple: help you and your team become confident using AI in the day-to-day running of your business.
Who it's for
This is for Australian small and mid-sized business owners who know AI could help their business, but aren't quite sure how to turn that potential into everyday results.
You might already be using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or other AI tools but feel you're only scratching the surface.
Or you might simply want someone practical to help you work out where to start.
You don't need any technical or AI experience.
We start with your business, your team and the work you already do.
Learn AI by using it on your business
Rather than teaching you AI through presentations and theory, we work on something that actually matters to your business.
That might mean:
- saving time on repetitive admin
- improving how you create proposals, reports or customer communications
- getting more value from the AI tools you're already paying for
- finding tasks that could be automated
- improving research, planning or decision-making
- helping your team use AI more confidently and consistently
You learn by doing.
Over time, you and your team build the confidence to identify opportunities and use AI without needing someone looking over your shoulder.
What's included
Fortnightly coaching sessions
Regular hands-on sessions focused on the goals we've agreed for your business. There's no generic curriculum to work through.
Weekly progress check
A quick check between sessions to see what's working, what's getting stuck and where you might need help.
Clear goals and progress tracking
We'll agree on what you actually want to achieve and track progress against it, so you can see whether the coaching is making a difference.
AI subscription and security review
Every fortnight we'll also keep an eye on the AI tools you're paying for — what they cost, whether you're actually using them and whether basic protections such as multi-factor authentication are in place.
You remain in control of your accounts and subscriptions. I'll provide the advice; you decide what changes to make.
A hands-on AI build session
We'll spend a couple of hours creating a working demonstration around one of your goals.
It might be a simple AI assistant, automation or workflow that lets you see what's possible before deciding whether anything more substantial is worth building.
This is a proof of concept rather than a production system.
Useful resources when you need them
You'll also have access to relevant material from my AI workshops and course. There's no homework and no fixed order — we'll use it when it helps with what you're trying to achieve.
How it works
Have a conversation
We'll talk about your business, how you're currently using AI and what you'd like to improve.
We'll work out together where your business is today and where AI might be worth exploring.
If I don't think the coaching is the right fit, I'll tell you.
Start working on your goals
If we decide to work together, we agree on your initial goals and get started.
From there, we establish a simple rhythm: fortnightly coaching, a quick weekly check and support when you need it.
What if we discover something worth building?
Sometimes coaching uncovers an opportunity that's worth turning into a proper solution — perhaps an automation, AI assistant or new workflow.
You don't have to build anything.
If you decide you want to, it becomes a separate piece of work with a clearly defined scope and fixed price.
There's no obligation to have me build it either. You can use another provider or your own team.
The coaching is a complete service in its own right.

You just need to know you'd like to get more value from AI in your business.
