Practical AI Coaching for Small Businesses

Helping you to build AI skills and achieve your business goals.

Everyone's AI journey is different

There's no single starting line, and no one is running the same race, so measuring yourself against the hype is measuring yourself against something that isn't real.

You're not behind. You're exactly where you should be, trying to make sense of it all, so you can work out where and how AI actually fits into your business and helps you get where you're going.

That's the whole point, making AI work for you, not you working for it.

What I do

I help you understand how AI can be used to help achieve your business goals. Coaching you to develop the hands-on AI skills for your business to thrive. Building AI Agents to help you run your business.

Ongoing

Coaching

Hands-on AI skill-building not generic advice, working directly on your business goals.

Fixed price

Building

Designing and building AI Agents to help you grow and run your business effectively.

Some businesses do both. Plenty only ever want one. Neither depends on the other.

AI can take care of the menial tasks so that you can focus on running your business.

How it works

We might live in an AI world, but the best solutions still start with people. So we start by talking.

Step 1

Schedule an intro call

A straightforward conversation about your business. What you do, what's getting in the way, and what you'd like to be different. No pitch.

Together we'll work through where AI could genuinely help you and where it wouldn't, so we both understand what you're actually trying to achieve.

Step 2

Coaching, building, or both

With that clear, we pick the path that fits you best: hands-on coaching to build your AI skills, a fixed-price build, or both together.

Why me

Before this, I spent 25 years in enterprise architecture and delivery of technology solutions in government, banking, large corporates. I've built and led technology teams, and I've run a small business myself, so I know what it's like to carry the risk as an owner. This isn't tool demos or a canned course. It's hands-on work on your business, done to the same discipline that has to survive an audit or a regulator, brought down to a size that makes sense for a business your size.
